NP, Ron Millar and staff provided the best walk-in care Iu2019ve ever received. I cut my pointer finger on the knuckle pretty deeply. I knew I needed stitches, so I walked in at 6:30 Friday night, Memorial Day weekend. I was seen immediately as they sprang into action. I got three stitches and I was on my way. Top notch. Thank you again. Tracy

If you have a minor scrape sore throat they are fine. If you are in need of any real medical care or diagnosis then for the love of yourself and family go to the emergency room in Gulfport. Don't use any Ochners clinic or ER.My wife was misdiagnosed twice at this Urgent Care. Twice they said she had a UTI when both urine test showed no bacteria yet protien in her urine. She even gave them the exact symptom of her muscles feeling like they were eating themselves. After 2 weeks they made an appointment in ochners NOLA at a urologist. After not getting any urine by catheter they sent us home and said they would figure out. That night I took my wife to ochners ER in Bay St Louis. They tried to send us home. Told us she had a UTI. They refused to draw blood until I threatened them. After drawing blood my wife was sent to Hattiesburg where she spent 3 weeks in ICU and started Dialysis and our life changed forever. All of this could have been avoided if the 4 different Nurse Practitioners we saw would have listened to my wifes symptoms and did a simple blood test. She had Rhabdomyolysis, which is where you muscles are eating themselves, onset by her cholesterol medication, Crestor. The toxins from her muscles poisend her kidneys and put her in kidney failure. 2.5 years later and she now has 40% kidney function vs the 4% she had when she was hospitalized. They told me at the ER that if I had taken her home she would have been dead by morning. Most important lesson is to ensure that everything you tell your nurse gets logged into the system. They put in complaining of symptoms of a UTI if telling them you feel like your muscles are eating themselves is a UTI symptom, then they nailed it.From now on we submit our symptoms in writing and have them enter in word for word or scan it in.Our medical system is broken!!!

Brought my son for a sore throat and not feeling well. The woman at the front desk was cheerful and helpful and they got us back quickly. Andrew, the nurse practitioner was very kind. He brought my son water and medicine to bring his fever down. Andrew was gentle swabbing his nose and throat and genuinely cared that he didn't feel well. Andrew also let us know the tests take 15 min so we knew we would be waiting. I was very happy with our experience and am glad we came here instead of driving somewhere further away.

We had to run in here for a laceration in my 7 year old daughters chin. This was her first injury trip to a clinic or hospital of any kind ( yea I know, 7 years to get to the first one, Iu2019m insanely lucky ). There was no wait and he staff was incredibly caring and compassionate to ensure my daughter didnu2019t freak out, she handled it like a champ but the staff made her feel at ease and explained everything to her which she appreciated. I am super grateful for their care and bedside manner, excellent!
