DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!! Management is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with. This apartment complex has tried to continue to charge rent after the lease is up despite giving 60 day notice. They pretend like they don't know and never saw it.nnThis does not even begin to touch on the numerous pest and appliance issues I faced during my time living there. Maintenance team is nonexistent. The ONE time they came in to fix my dishwasher, they came into my apartment unannounced, no scheduled appointment or anything, and proceeded to eat my food that I had on the counter. LIKE????? This place is HORRIBLE and the cherry on top is that they try to play dumb and charge you for rent when you don't live there.nnI also had extremely noisy Neighbours who would play loud music all throughout the night. They did not do one thing to try and stop this, despite over a dozen noise complaints.nnAVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I lived there under previous management, it was great. My brother just moved there after I toured and recommended it to him. His apartment was no where near what they showed us. It was dirty and several things were broken, heu2019s asked for maintenance several times and itu2019s been 2 weeks and they havenu2019t resolved anything. Maintenance left behind trash from the blinds etc they changed and they never went to pick it up. Heu2019s had to fix as much as he could himself with his own money, he requested a new unit, or that they fix everything, or the canceling of his lease the same day he signed it after he saw his apartment they said none of this was possible. They have been everything but helpful. Writing this on his behalf because I am frustrated at the difference in what I toured and recommended vs what he received. Do not move to this apartment complex, I am doing you a favor.

NO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Itu2019s impossible to get ahold of them. Itu2019s only the property manager and one receptionist. Apartments are INFESTED with bugs. Please believe the reviews and do your research. When they do talk to you about anything itu2019s always excuse after excuse of why they canu2019t do it or why it took a MONTH for them to even come look at anything that was messed up after I moved it. Management had to come u201ccleanu201d the apartment the NIGHT BEFORE I moved in bc when I did a walk through it was DISGUSTING. A cleaning crew never once came in after even though I requested it on 2 different occasions. The property manager was supposed to call me back on the matter and he never did. I requested to talk to the property manager a week ago now I still have not gotten a call. There are cockroaches literally living in my clothes just this evening. I want to put pants on and a baby cockroach flew out of my pants. They supposedly have a company that comes out and spray your apartment every two weeks, but it does absolutely nothing and thatu2019s if the company even decides to come out here that week because of their being u201cshort staffedu201c ok so then hire a new companyu2026
