After trying two locations prior to visiting this hospital I realized that this hospital has it more together than most. Not only do they update you through text message you are able to log into a portal during your whole experience and able to see the test that have been done and the results in great detail. Staff is super nice. Doctors are amazing and the referrals are thorough and relevant to your insurance. If you are in need of medical care and able to make it to this hospital I highly highly suggest and yes I said highly twice on purpose

The staff is okay but the doctor's are completely out of touch. I've never been treated so rudely and with so much disrespect along with being dismissed. I've had several problems with Dr. Ahmed, from accusing me of inhaling computer cleaner to totally ignoring serious issues and dismissing me with anxiety and how I should try breathing exercises...to only find out later through another doctor that my body is actually failing to absorb nutrients, my iron and B12 was deadly low which now calls for life long iron infusions, weekly B12 shots and a ton of vitamins. If I had listened to Dr Ahmed and his staff I would of ended up in the hospital again or even worse. Till this day I still have trouble getting a certain medication that helps me tremendously to only be denied for the proper dosage that I need. My neurologist and cancer specialist agree that I need a higher dose with this certain medication but Dr Ahmed refuses to flex with my dosage as I need it with my serious issues. I explained my issues to him and he literally says NO, that no one else will help me and ends the conversation as if I'm a child. PLEASE go to another office because this doctor causes so much unnecessary stress and will possibly dismiss a serious issue that can be life threatening like mine. I've heard Banner is more understanding.

I booked an appointment for today one month out with Dr Tytler. And they simple cancelled my appointment as a new patient without any prior notice or notification. I even got the link to confirm the appointment which I did.nNot going there again. Going to find a new PCP.

I had to go to the emergency room here the day after Xmas and have an emergency procedure done almost immediately. Everyone was professional, helpful and supportive. I couldnu2019t believe how professional and considerate the entire staff was. They answered my questions and truly cared. Everyone from the front office to my surgical team, post care and even the kitchen staff deserve a round of applause. I donu2019t remember every name but after surgery there was a nurse who I think was named Blanca and I vote for her to be promoted or given a raise or something because sheu2019d made me feel welcome and cared for during a very difficult and painful time. I couldnu2019t believe how well I was cared for. Thank you so much!

I just came to get an ultrasound and the lady that was doing my ultrasound was super rude to my partner not taking photos of the baby her name was heather overall it felt rushed too .
