Set up an appointment in their online portal, very easy. However, when I arrived I was informed that they did not have a live provider available today and my visit would be a virtual one, but we can still do most of the tests needed. That's something that needs to be advertised when appointments are made. I've received text and email reminders for my appointment but not the fact that there would not be a live provider.

Scheduling was fantastic I was able to come in 20 minutes earlier which I appreciated the availability. Staff was so friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to accommodate me. My care was easy and not rushed which I truly appreciated. I had a very pleasant experience at this location, staff was kind and inviting, and the nurses seemed very knowledgeable. There was no wait and the nurses even talked about steps to take for better health. Definitely a place I'd visit again.

Woke up sick, scheduled appointment and was seen as soon as they opened. Easy place to get in, out, and to schedule. Staff is always super nice and easy to work with.

Waited two hours and never saw the Dr. I walked out. I was told the Dr was working between two offices and heard her on multiple FaceTime calls with the other clinic. Very disappointed and have no plans of going back.
