First time my daughter has visited a dentist, and she loved it. The receptionist made me feel comfortable and was speedy as well as polite. The lady who helped my daughter was so kind and careful. (Iu2019m embarrassed I forgot her name. Veronica Valdez was the patient.) The dentist was also very informative and seemed to treat his associates with respect. Thou as parents we know kids hate the dentist but I am excited for my girls next visit.

I was disappointed with my recent visit to this dental office. While check-in was smooth, the experience quickly went downhill. When the staff member came to speak with us in the lobby, she failed to maintain privacy and discussed matters loudly, even though other patients were nearby. This felt unprofessional and inappropriate.nnThe treatment room where my daughter was seen didnu2019t feel clean at all, it felt more like a storage room. This gave the impression of clutter and a lack of care. Iu2019ve been coming to this dentist for a few years, and this is the first time Iu2019ve had such a disappointing experience.

Best pediatric dentist in AZ! Dr. McConnaughhay and her assistant Dawn are amazing! It was my 18 month daughteru2019s first dental visit and the experience went way smoother than anticipated. They had so much patience with my little girl. As someone who has been in the dental field for over 10+ years I didnu2019t inform them that I was an EFDA. I wanted to act like I didnu2019t have any dental knowledge prior to see if they were being honest. To see if I can trust them later in life when my child is bigger and gets cavities. You can tell right away Dr. McConnaughhay has your child best interest at heart. She isnu2019t going to misdiagnose for insurance. That she wouldnu2019t just say there is decay for a paycheck. They were so professional and informative. The office was so sterile and clean. I am so happy to have came here and have found my daughteru2019s forever dentist! I highly recommend them if you want an honest and caring dentist for your children.
