I will say Dispatch Health use to be absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. The past year they have completely gone down hill. They waste your time collecting all of your insurance and payment information just to turn around and say they canu2019t come out and see you. This has happened the last 4 times I tried calling them to come out. I use to love that when my kids were not feeling well they would come out and and I didnu2019t have to risk taking them to their PCP or the ER and risk them catching something else, possibly even worse. We have great commercial medical coverage so I know our coverage is not the issue. Sad to have such a wonderful service no longer available. Also, their automated system is the absolute worst and when they finally do get someone on the phone, their accent is so heavy. Itu2019s extremely difficult to understand what theyu2019re saying. Having a sick child and having to constantly repeat answers or ask them if they can repeat, the question is very frustrating.

Absolutely awful visit & care from PA Heidi on 4/21. She & MT were present in patient's apt for 10 minutes. Heidi did NOT address my concerns for patient & refused to get Urinalysis by straight cath, which is the only way a UA can be obtained in patient because she's incontinent of B & B. Past visits by Dispatch Health NPs have been great & visits by PAs fair to terrible. One PA completely missed the fact that patient was significanly dehydrated which ultimately required hospitalization because issue wasn't timely addressed. The PA & EMT sent out for that visit didn't know how to do a blood draw to check labs. The PAs skills are lacking for doing any blood draws, straight caths & overall evaluation of medical conditions. This PA also didn't seem to understand that one of the symptoms of UTIs is a change in cognitive status & increased confusion, which the patient being seen for visit has. PA told me to take her to ER for UA. Additionally, the facility receptionist heard derogatory comments from this PA & medical assistant as they were leaving the facility. These women were unprofessional & seemingly lacking in basic skills. I called Dispatch Health & requested a call back from mgmt. As of today, three days later, have not heard back from mgmt.

Thank you for your great service. Right after we spoke with rep- I have been told they will be shortly at my mom's location. Then I just could not realise how soon they will be there, so they came much faster then me. It has taken them about 25 min to be there. Rep was really patient and addresed my concerns. Two nurses were really patient as well and knowledgable . WE were really impressed- they were able to get vital signs, cardio gram and even blood work. They gotten resluts back under 40 min. Thank you again. I WISH I would remmember those nurse's girl's names.

Dispatch Health is amazing. What a brilliant innovation. If you have never used it, I highly encourage you to try it. For the same price as an office visit, they come to your house! No sitting in the walking-in waiting room for hours when you are ready to keel over. You can stay in your bed and they come to you. And they have consistently given us better care than we receive in a walk in or ER. They can do IV's, all sorts of testing etc. right n the spot. They bring it all with them. Employees are fantastic. It's really pretty incredible.

Absolutely blown away by this company. Christine and Ryan came out just a bit ago as I could barely walk, twist or move without severe pain and have just been in agony. Not only are they friendly, professional, and on time, they also listen and discuss your treatment plan with you. I wish all Healthcare visits were of this caliber. 100% satisfaction with their visit and so glad it was recommended to me today. What an incredible team and company. Thank you!nnSincerely Nicholas.
