PA Lacey ( from Dr. Howardu2019s main office)is so informative and attentive. Her expert knowledge of ways to help me is so inspiring and appreciative and right on point. The Physician Partners staff were very welcoming and once they got me into back to get ready for my procedure it all went so quick this time. Dr Howard as usual is always available to respond for questions if needed even after the procedure. He responded to a question that the guy in his main office emailed him about for me and I was able to get the feedback in a timely matter. All the staff at both locations ( Richardson office and Procedure place in Plano were very accommodating on yesterday and today. Thanks

I am so disappointed how doctor handles patientu2019s prescription.nnThis is multiple times already that doctor sent in prescription to my pharmacy with unclear information so I canu2019t get my medication.nnPrescription sent in wrong on Friday so I donu2019t have medication over the weekend because doctor office is closed on weekend.nnFor a patient that has disc issue, it is very difficult to function without medication.nnI am very disappointed at how doctor sends in unclear prescription so now patient has to suffer with pain over the weekend.nnI hope doctor pays more attention when writing prescription so that all patients have no issue getting their medication they need.

Wow has my mind changed in 3yrs. I'm in a new pain management doc. Awesome, caring staff. No waste of my money on injections that never worked but was told I needed to stay in the program. New doc did blood work way more than a cbc, found couple problems, Texas pain relief changes NP & DOCS like crazy. I see a doc no NP at the new place, Texas pain relief was my very 1st pain management so I didn't know better!nnAll the staff is caring warm & understanding! Very happy my family dr. Sent me to them! I was so anxious about my 1st injections but Dr.C made me feel very comfortable, they understand my back pain & listen to meud83dude01

I have been seeing Dr. Prasad, he checks all my boxes for a great doctor.nHe thoroughly listens and understands his patients, in turn I donu2019t feel rushed in his office. He also jokes around with me, which is a big green flag because if I have to come see you every few weeks, I want someone friendly! I really recommend Dr. Prasad and his staff. -Cierra Nunn
