This place is great. Everyone from the front desk staff to the PA and practice manager was super helpful. I went in because I thought I might have pneumonia. Turns out it was probably just a bad virus. They helped me make an informed decision as to my treatment options and I feel like I'm on the right path to getting better. Booking an appointment was easy, I was able to get in right away, and they took my insurance. The best part was that I booked my appointment online at 9:04 a.m. for 9:15 a.m. ... on a holiday. Overall, I was impressed with their availability and professionalism.

This place is a joke. I came here because I was having abdominal pain. I know it wasn't serious, since it occurs occasionally, and my GI usually gives me some meds to calm it down. My sister drove me here, and the physician that I saw made it seem like I was going to die. She spoke to me for 3 mins before forcing me to go to LegacyER down the road for a CT scan. The CT scan came back normal, the ER doctor gave me Pepcid to calm the pain, and I paid $500 for the ER. To think that I wouldn't be charged here because they didn't help me at all-- I just got a bill from them because the provider spoke with me. I came to urgent care first because I did not want to pay the high ER bill, but now I have to pay for BOTH without answers. This was the first place in-network close to my work so that's why we went here. I can't believe they charged me $75 for the provider to tell me to go to the ER. We filled out the paperwork online, and they never sent an email or anything about this bill. I received the bill on 4/18, saying that I have 4 days to pay or else it'll be late. What a joke!

Iu2019m going to be very honest. The front desk staff, Wendy and Daphne, are nice and caring towards patients, but the real problem lies with the healthcare workers. The PA, Kamaria, either misdiagnoses patients or doesnu2019t check them properly. One time I came in with a sore throat and runny nose, and instead of evaluating me herself, she brought in a nurse practitioner still in training and said, u201cSheu2019ll check you out,u201d while Kamaria sat on her phone the entire time. She barely looked up, glanced at my throat for a minute, and said, u201cMaybe itu2019s early strep,u201d even though both the strep and flu tests came back negative. I came to be evaluated by a professional, not a student. She still prescribed antibiotics for strep, and I ended up getting worse over the next three days u2014 so sick that I missed an entire week of my college classes. When I came back three days later, thankfully Dr. De Moor was there; she properly evaluated me, prescribed new antibiotics and steroids, and I felt better within two days. Dr. De Moor is an excellent physician, but as the owner of this urgent care, she seriously needs to be here more often and hold her staff to a much higher standard. She is the only MD at this location, and the rest of the staff are either PAs or Nurse Practitioners u2014 and frankly, they constantly misdiagnose patients. Another time I came in with a stomach bug, throwing up and having diarrhea, and the nurse practitioner who saw me u2014 some Korean lady u2014 literally told me, u201cIu2019m not sure what you have.u201d If they donu2019t know how to properly diagnose patients, why are they even being hired? PAs and Nurse Practitioners go through years of schooling, but itu2019s clear theyu2019re not properly trained to handle patients without real supervision. Meanwhile, Dr. De Moor is barely present. This urgent care desperately needs at least one more MD on-site to manage patient care properly, and Dr. De Moor needs to take full responsibility for the poor quality of her staff when she is not there.

Driven Health Care is absolutely the best. The moment you step in the front door you feel cared about. Every time my family comes in they are so professional, clean and attentive to all our health needs.
