I had a great experience at Omni since I walked in to the facility the front office was greeting me, and immediately asking how they can help me. The process was fast and the updates of my personal information was at my pace , while the doctor called me to the back office that didnu2019t stop from being seen right at my appointment time. Finished the forms turned the. In and I was all set to go. Steady and reliable health care service. Thank you Omni staff!!! Keep up the good work! Love my health care community!!

I like this clinic, theyu2019re fairly quick in calling you back, the staff is nice. My only odor is the fact they donu2019t give after visit summaries, they donu2019t even know what that is which is weird, Iu2019ve only had 1 nurse to know what I meant and give me one, Iu2019ve never been to a doctors office that donu2019t give you papers after your visit which is a bit inconvenient for the patient because I have to call the records office after every single visit just to get my after visit summary uploaded to the patient portal. Itu2019s not even available on the patient portal unless requested which again is weird and inconvenient for the patient. Otherwise this would be the ideal clinic.

As always it was a good experience, staff is always nice, they always get me to the back pretty quick, doctor doesn't keep me waiting long. I just don't like the fact that they never give an after visit summary for the visit like every other clinic I've been to, it's very inconvenient, especially when you need them for your records, the patient shouldn't have to call health records every single time to get that sent to their portal, it should automatically be available in the patient portal once the appointment is over, this makes the patient portal pointless to a certain extent. Majority of the nurses don't even know what an after visit summary is & that's not good, out of all my appointments I've only had 1 nurse to know what I was asking for & provide it immediately right after the visit. & I'm not talking about the actual chart with the doctor's final notes, I'm taking about a literal summary of the visit like what Clinica Sierra Vista gives after every visit, I know these are 2 different clinics but literally EVERY clinic I've been a patient at has given these to their patients except OMNI. This needs to be incorporated ASAP. This is the only reason I only gave 3 stars.

Bless my chiropractor!! He has the ability to help my pain and does an amazing job!! He has a great personality and treats me like Iu2019m the only patient he has. Waited yesterday for approximately 30 minutes for the provider to appear at the appointment only to find that no one showed at all then rescheduled for today and at the last minute before the deadline of the new appointment time today, I received a call from a rude customer service rep letting me know that all of a sudden again I was to be left without an appointment and the someway available would be for next Tuesday once all my medications would be out and no other options were available at all. Extremely unprecedented and UPROFESSIONAL!!!
