First off this facility is so. Clean.nnFrom check - in to being discharged my experience at Uf emergency urgent care was wonderful. Irma the receptionist and nurse Ashley were the first friendly welcoming faces that welcomed me and checked me in while filling out paperwork.nnThen nurse Kelly took me to my room to get my history vitals and symptoms . She was attentive calm and reassuring throughout my visit.nnDr Sonntag was thorough and patient while explaining possible diagnosis and treatment.nnWould definitely recommend and use again!

Terrific UF facility and amazing staff! Quick, fast friendly service. You can tell the really want to help. The place is so clean, modern and a great set up. It's exciting that there is now a place to go that is closer south, than the long drive to one of the UF Health hospitals. I love how they are expanding into the surrounding communities. Very convenient! Thank you for the great care!

I would definitely recommend UF health and emergency urgent care in Claremont to anyone that asked even my in-laws I went in. It wasnu2019t busy which could change. Two nurses took care of me immediately took my vitals took my blood. Got me set up with an IV I was in pain they requested medication. I got pain meds. The doctor came in and said my numbers look good but weu2019re gonna do a CT scan so I had to drink the stuff for it with contrast And took care of me. Doctor came in and said gonna send you home some medicationu2018s. They were very professional they were warm. They were helpful and they took care of me.

Poor version of an u201curgentu201d care. Show up at 8pm at night with nobody in the lobby. Wait 2 hours to be seen. Then wait another hour and a half to be told your fever is gone. Which I knew this. I was sick the day before and wanting to be cleared to go back to work. Received a doctor note to return to work. They first failed to sign the note so I had to drive back to get it signed. Then they explained to me that since I was sick on the 18th and visited them on the 19th they cannot excuse me from work on the 18th. That said I should have come into their u201curgentu201d care with a 100.4 fever on the day I was sick.nnu201cNursesu201d are unhelpful and would not assist at all.nnIf you are seriously ill please avoid this place at all cost. Not worthy the risk. If you are even a little sick, stay far from this place because apparently they only want actively sick patients in their office. And Iu2019m being told this as the entire staff is wearing masks and gloves.

My experience today at this facility was fantastic and easily earned u201c5 Starsu201d. Thereu2019s easy access with plenty of parking. The facility is super clean and well organized with spacious exam rooms.nEvery staff member I talked to was kind and courteous. Check in was easy and fast. RN Daniel was efficient and friendly. Dr. Daniel Pirvan listened, answered all my questions and provided great care. Iu2019m definitely impressed with this place!
