My boyfriend set up 3 different appointments, first being in person for xray results and then the next 2 being online appointments. They had him pay a copay the first appointment and didnu2019t have any results, which they had over a week to get, so they decided to set up online virtual appointments since he works until 5 during the week. And the doctor never showed up to the virtual appointments either time. He then went to go get a refund on his copay since they donu2019t want to do their job and they locked the doors over 15 minutes early. This is extremely disappointing, and not an okay way to treat patients. DO NOT come here, they are awful!

The front desk staff are informative and caring. The providers are wonderful, and really show they care. Ruth and Cam are amazing. I recently started going to this facility after years of struggling to find good primary care. If you're looking for a doctor office that cares about you, and will get you in and out without u201crushingu201d you out the door. This is the place to go.

Better than the north side. The doctor takes her time . The facility is much cleaner..APRN Ruth. Is very informative, smart. The Dr Patel on the north side.called in the wrong prescription, then tried to lie about it until the pharmacy said that she did. I will never go back to the north side again

We paid for services and never received service. They scheduled us 2xs for a televisit follow up appt AFTER having us wait 45 min on the phone for no one to show up?! THEN when we showed up at 4:40pm to ask for a refund for the services we never received.... THEY HAD ALREADY LOCKED THE DOORS!!nIt's rude and unacceptable. I wanted to share so no one else gets mixed into their shenanigans.

Donu2019t come here, doctor doesnu2019t care about you. Will schedule appointments and not show up for them. Dirty facility and rude staff. They lock their doors early to ensure they donu2019t have to stay late, door was locked at 4:45 today when trying to go get a refund bc I payed for a service last Thursday and have yet to speak to my doctor. Would leave 0 stars if possible. DO NOT COME HERE, SCAMMMMM
