Do not come to this location. Service is horrible. I took a relative to the center. He had an appointment, waited 2 hours and then they missed the vein when drawing blood twice. I have never gone for bloodwork and they miss the vein. You are supposed to take your time and feel for the vein and ask for help if you cannot see it. Common sense

One of the most horrible places to work , PLEASE BE MINDFUL WHEN APPLYING HERE ! ITS A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS UNFAIR WORKPLACE IF IT WASNT FOR THE DOCTORS THAT WORKED HERE THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! THEY HIRE PEOPLE FOR NO MORE THEN 9 MONTHS THEN CUT OFF YOUR HOURS WITH NO EXPLANATION THEY ALSO MAKE YOU SIGN PAPERS THAT SAYS YOU CAN BE FIRED WITH NO CAUSE OR EXPLANATION!

Called this place to see if the doctors can help with hair removal from the ear and was told by a woman that my issue was impossible. That shows how trained the staff is at this place. Don;t bother with this urgent care. Go to one that WILL help you out and LISTEN to your problem. I went a few blocks away from here right on Fordham City MD and my issue was resolved. Look at that! It is possible to get hair in your ear and have it removed in seconds! Giving one star because I have too!!!

Visited this location with my sick wife. Currently waiting 2 hours for a flu shot. Many people haved walked in after us for the same reason but are leaving before us. Front desk receptionist has been switched 3 times with poor communication. Truly a horrible experience. 2 days later and still no results.

I was in need of a annual physical exam for my 7 year old and myself and couldn't find anyone who will see us with our insurance until I found them, once I came inside the reception area was very eye catching with a beautiful fish tank view it had my little one entertained. The staff was very welcoming and friendly from the Doctor and the receptionists they all was amazing. I was seen right away, one of the best experiences I've had in a clinic in a long time. If you need a Urgent care clinic don't hesitate and go see them trust me they are way better than CityMD. Thank you!!!!
