They advertise they close at 8pm. I went at 6:40 and they refused to see me saying they close at 7pm. I asked why the door says 8pm along with the neon open sign on. She said I don't know why, we've closed at 7 for years. I said so why have you been advertising 8pm for years? Nobody can change the times on the door? She said there is nobody I can speak to about this. Terrible place!!!

I wilk never go to this place again. Went for a visit in March and June.Front desk employee didn't' t know how much my copayment was at the time of the visit in March. Received a bill. Went to office to pay. Receptionist said I didn't' owe anything. When I went for another visit in June; the lady said you owe from March. I have now received another bill for the March visit which I paid. I plan on reporting these people to the BBB and telling everyone don' t go there, They bill you you numerous times for the same visits and each time a different amount.I plan on going to the Urgent Care on Veterans close to Barataria Blvd.They don' t send bills after you already paid.

This Urgent Care used to be my go-to that I recommended to everyone. It took me a few times to realize what a disgrace it has become. You walk in for the person at the front desk to tell you that you need a mask, sometimes you do and sometimes you donu2019t depends on whou2019s at the front desk and if you donu2019t have one, you can buy one from the person at the front desk, but it also depends on who is at the front desk, whether it cost a dollar or five dollars for a mask and if you donu2019t have cash on you to buy one you canu2019t be seen and have to leave. And they donu2019t care how sick you are or if youu2019re in serious pain, they just watch you walk out the door before giving you a mask so you can receive the medical care you need. I ended up at Lakeside Hospital where the same mask are free and not mandatory . And then the other scenario is that you get in a room and you sit in there what seems like forever and they might give you medical care after their finished hanging out at the nurses station talking or maybe 100% forget your in a room. The employees here have it just the way they like it empty and theyu2019re getting paid. If upper management doesnu2019t realize this place has hit rock bottom. Pathetic is an understatement.

I had to bring my child in for something I thought could be very serious. It was a holiday so when I first walked in I was amazed to see there was not one person waiting so I was looking forward to not having to spend all day there, however speediness is not always the best medicine. First I have to acknowledge the front desk rep was nice and the nurse that triaged him was awesome! Extremely nice, patient, just generally pleasant but also thorough in her questioning. She is the only reason there are two stars instead of one. We only had to wait another 2 minutes or so then the doctor came in. He did not introduce himself and was very cold. The only thing the doctor told me was it was not the infection I was worried it could be, thank goodness. So I asked what can we do? His only response was if he were an adult we would give him a cortisone shot and tell him to be on his way. I asked him if that would work...to which he really didn't have an answer. He said maybe, but probably not you should see his pediatrician. I have never been to any medical facility and felt so unimportant. You won't be wasting much time but definitely do not waste your money at this place.
