I went to Doctors Care on Tuesday of this week. They had been closed for Labor Day on Monday which caused other Urgent Care Centers in Rock Hill to be totally packed. Thankfully Doctors Care wasn't. I went in, was immediately greeted by Dash. She was so polite, friendly and PLEASANT. That is a rare thing to find these days. Excellent Customer Service isn't taught, expected or found very often, but on Tuesday it was! Thank you for your professionalism and kindness while greeting each patient, taking our information, explaining exactly how to complete forms, etc. while answering the phone and continuing to smile! Well done!nI also had a great experience with my nurse, Haven and Dr. Mol Ky. Both very thorough and professional.nThank you again for a great experience and I feel much better!

Firstly, the entire staff was nice. I must give the nurse, ALANA, a special shout-out. She was exceptional! My nerves were shot and she showed genuine compassion and care, making our visit a great experience.nnService was fast. We checked in online with 6 people waiting, received the text to head to the office within an hour, and were called back within a few minutes. In and out within 45 minutes.

I've been to this location twice, and I was very pleased with the quality of care and my overall treatment from the time I walked in until the moment I left. The women at the front desk was warm, welcoming and very helpful, and the physicians that treated me in the back were kind and took the time to actually listen to me. This is my 1st choice when it comes to urgent care facilities in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND*
