I was hesitant to go here after hearing negative stories, so I want to share my positive experience. I was seen for my child's injury and X-ray. The front desk was kind and helpful as was the PA. Our wait time was quick and we were seen before our estimated time. Our physician, Dr. Sims, was so patient and sweet to my little one and gave us his full attention and special care. He was very thorough with exam and our options, as well as after care. This was on a Saturday too. So just go in knowing that there aren't just bad experiences here, that good ones take place too.

Great doctors and staff. Wating 23 hours for the doctor to look at labs, or be able to contct someone who can is not professional. Waiting 23 hours to just say take two aspirin and call me in the morning and no information on your condition is quite unprofessional as well. I do not revommend if you need labs, go anywhere else.

I came in this morning 2/16/2025 to be seen for my breathing after watching 5 people being called back when I was the third person to walk in the building I finally walked up to the receptionist. He told me heu2019d see what was going on. So finally I got called back and mentioned it to the nurse he instantly got an attitude and says u201cYouu2019ll be third and rolled his eyesu201d Then proceeded to say u201cYouu2019re just here for an inhaler?u201d I looked at him and said u201cIu2019m here because I havenu2019t been able to breathe last night after my inhaler ran out so I think Iu2019ll need a breathing treatment as well.u201d Iu2019ve been here a few times before and never had an issue. Iu2019ve read prior comments this morning before coming to see what time your clinic opened. Sadly I shouldu2019ve listened to all the ONE star reviewers. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Do better u201cUrgent Careu201d.. Or maybe get a staff that wants to help people. The receptionist was nice, but thatu2019s about it. I havenu2019t seen your doctor yet, but my hopes arenu2019t too high. Especially if heu2019s anything like these nurses

I brought my wife to the TDC urgent care at 3:00 pm on 3/23/2025 to be seen for chronic back pain. The clinic was empty no patients in the lobby. The staff at the front desk told us they're not accepting anymore patients because they were too busy and would be closing at 5:00 pm. Instead of providing service and helping my wife, who was in significant pain, they printed us a piece of paper that had other clinics info and told us we could go one of them instead. We had to drive another 30 minutes out of our way to the clinic in Bremerton where we were finally able to get service. For what justifiable reason do they stop taking patients two hours before closing time? It's apparent they could care less about the people to come to this clinic.

Sunday, March 30, 2025, I went into The Doctors Clinic - Urgent Care, Silverdale location. I was welcomed, immediately. Although, I was miserable, and clearly not at my best, they treated me with gracious care and sensitivity. The front desk was exceptionally kind, friendly, courteous, respectful, and professional My experience in previous similar businesses, people are often treated very coldly, like they're just the next number. Not this place. No, they have a mastery of how to treat people. My interactions were with 5 different staff members, and each were top-notch. Additionally, I observed how they treated other people who were there, and it was good.nAs a longtime business and community leader and people manager, myself, I know this doesn't just happen all on its own. It starts with hiring quality staff, training them and setting high expectations, and it continues with ongoing support, direction, training, assessments, etc. It can only happen when leadership is determined to keep high standards in service to its customer base (clients or patients), maintain a positive workplace environment, evaluate and improve daily operations, and ensure customer satisfaction. I'm almost 60 years old and cannot recall any healthcare business of its kind doing such a remarkably good job. While I don't know others' experiences and haven't looked into any previous reviews of this business, what I do know is they took care of me better than any other place has. They absolutely went above and beyond in every conceivable way. All the staff there should be able to rest at night, knowing they do their job well. I'm beyond satisfied.
