My visit was pretty good, everyone was nice and made us feel comfortable. Now, my issue comes in at the procedure was not done correctly and also lies on the paper work (my sons height and weight were never take yet they had height and weight on the paper, they asked my done what was his pain level he stated a 6 yet his paperwork stated that he said his pain level was a 0 out of 10). Now on to the procedure My son cut his thumb open , we were told by Sherry Stern that liquid stitches were able to be done although the meat was exposed. She came in cleaned it with iodine, wiped the iodine off and then poured the liquid stitches directly onto the open wound, she left and came back about 5/10 minutes later and did a 2nd layer of liquid stitchesu2026 she left we waited another 10/15 minutes for the nurse to come back and wrap it up. As she was wrapping it up I explained what Sherry Stern had did and she basically stated that the doctor Sherry should have squeezed the wound closed and then apply the liquid stitches and he shouldu2019ve been given something to numb the areau2026 Well three days later is when we were told to unwrap it and clean the area and then wrap it again. Upon unwrapping it, I notice the area looked absolutely terrible and not normal. I took him to a different urgent care and was advised that what was done on his thumb was absolutely INCORRECT and that the liquid stitches were should have never been applied to exposed meat and his thumb would heal wife and would heal with only a thin layer of skin covering the area. Unfortunately there is nothing that could be done because the liquid stitches were had already been on the area for three daysu2026 I am absolutely livid about the procedure portion of the process and will never be back to this location. The staff was very friendly however, was not very knowledgeable on what should have been done appropriatelyu2026 Hopefully they will do better and take their time with others.. This is the second time for two completely different reasons I've been seen by PA Stern and her amazing nurse Natasha. They have given nothing less than top tier quality health care. Attentive. Efficiently expeditious. Both also are well versed in the lost art that is bedside manner. I left both times with all questions answered and fully knowledgeable on how to handle my illnesses/injuries once I left. I will always recommend anyone come to this location for these two amazing healthcare professionals alone. 100/10

I had been dealing with a sore throat and decided to go to the urgent care. Iu2019ve been to this urgent care multiple times, but this has been my best experience so far. Best urgent care in town! The lady at the desk, the nurses, and NP was so kind and helpful and even though they were sorta busy in the back I didn't wait forever! Literally one of the best medical facilities I've been to! Staff is absolutely amazing. Today I went in and nurse Elizabeth M. was so so kind and friendly! Dr Steven Mack is who I saw and I can't brag on him enough! Very reassuring and helped me out a lot! Thanks y'all!
