Staff WAS phenomenal, but closing abruptly and not reaching out to established patients who rely on your practice for medications? Way to honor those that helped keep you in business! A simple mass email or text would've sufficed informing patients of the temporary closure, but no, you closed without warning and treated us like insignificant peasants. Now I have to start my search over for a pain management provider as well as PT, both of which were promise for months I would be provided referrals for yet nothing happened so I am stuck without pain meds because the ER won't give me them long term. AFC, you really screwed up and I hope your business is able to recover if you do finally open, because I'm almost positive that you've lost a nice chunk of patients with your negligence to notify us of closing.

Really? Nobody could call me after being a patient after 3+ years. Thank you for not telling me. How are they getting good reviews if they have been closed for weeks?? Fortunately for me, I was able to get to a doctor next day so I did not end up in the ER. The bad part about the new doctor, I spent over 4 hours going throgh a process of nonsense that caused me to loose time from work. I am still in disbelief of the lack of responsibility from this team of medical staff.

Canu2019t speak enough good about this AFC Urgent Care location. From intake to walking out, I felt cared for and about. The nurse that helped me, Jenny, was simply amazing and so kind to me during my procedure. The doctor was clear in his instructions for after care (I had a blood blister/skin tag removed from my ear) and Iu2019m pleased to hear that this office also can serve as a PCP. I will be back. Donu2019t think twice. Go here for care. They truly take an interest in your well being and make you feel incredibly welcome.

Dr. Ji is great to help relief my symptom. The office has X-ray as well. Experience was great. I plan to use it as my go-to urgent care.However, when I am calling this week (12/16) to ask for record to be transferred to my primary doctor. I always got this place is close message from the phone. Not sure if the place is permanently or temporarily close or not.

After having a very bad experience at Next Care urgent waiting 2 1/2 hours to be seen and the front desk very rude. My daughter found me an appointment at AFC. I had left the other facility crying, got here and they couldnu2019t have been nicer to calm me down. I was taken right away. The front desk, nurse, PA all were kind, comforting and professional. I would highly recommend.
