Waiting room is a bit small. I don't understand why people feel compelled to bring extra family members when the patient is a child and thus clog up the area. One parent/caregiver should suffice. Staff should direct these folks to wait in the car. Otherwise, my visit was great. Wait time was an hour even with using the Save Your Spot reservation feature for an appointment. All staff was very pleasant and professional. The physician who saw me had researched my history with Bay Care before coming into the exam room. The doc was excellent and very pragmatic. Rather than giving me printed prescriptions, they were sent electronically to my pharmacy to facilitate faster filling of said Rx's and thus minimize my wait time.

I went into the BayCare Urgent care last week feeling absolutely terrible! It was not a long wait time even as a walk in. The staff from registration to the PA were all fantastic! Everyone was very professional, efficient, and very courteous. The facility is clean and well organized. This seems to be a place Iu2019d want to work. As awful as I felt at the time, the staff managed to make me feel a little more at ease. I was in and out with prescriptions in hand all in less than one hour. Great staff and convenient facility.

Really great experience. The doctor ( I forget his name but he was an older gentleman) actually spent time with me. He asked questions, was very amicable, and had really great bedside manner. To be perfectly honest, I haven't had such a positive experience with a doctor in a long time. I even asked him if he has a private general practitioner practice because I would definitely have switched over. Too bad he doesn't. The service in the clinic was efficient and friendly. The clinic is also very clean and up-to-date. Great experience.

I was seen very quickly. They have an efficient tablet system to record health history. Staff were very pleasant and the physician was great. She had wonderful bedside manner, took the time to listen, and didnu2019t make me feel like I was a burden or being rushed. She answered my questions and referred me to someone who she felt had more expertise in my specific case. Itu2019s trfreshing to have a physician that makes you go away feeling that it was definitely worth your time and money.I highly recommend this faculty.
