Wow! What a wonderful experience I had at MD Now Urgent Care today. I came in today super stressful and Naika at the front desk and Kiona the Medical Assistant made me feel so welcome and comfortable, they really took care of me through everything. If youu2019re wondering if you should come in, stop thinking here and just go. The best experience Iu2019ve ever had at an urgent care and itu2019s all thanks to these lovely ladies. I came into MD NOW yesterday because I couldnu2019t get an appointment with my regular Dr. I was worried that I was going to have to give up my whole afternoon sitting there waiting to be seen! From the time that I walked in and actually was WITH the Dr AND OUT, it was a mere 35 minutes IN TOTAL! Couldnu2019t believe it, I was thrilled! I saw Jovana B, the PAC, and she was really great, she took her time with me, I never felt rushed, she was thorough and extremely friendly, which I always like when Iu2019m at a Dru2019s office. I liked her mannerism and she was just what I needed! Also, I had a good expedience with the Medical Assistant Kay, she had a great attitude and very professional, and smiling while she was taking my blood pressure! My wife needed to visit MDnow. The arrival and intake was quick and efficient. Wait time was 30 mins or so. But the Spanish lady at the desk was very nice and friendly.nThe Spanish gentleman / nurse who took her vitals was very professional and very nice ! Dr. Thomas came in and was already on top of her chart and assessed her situation and asked all the necessary questions for us to be satisfied. He made suggestions on what to do and prescribed the medication needed. Our experience was extremely positive ! Btw, this was the location on Palmetto & Powerline in Boca Raton. They have X-ray capability if needed. Thx to everyone !
