Highly recommend! Was able to schedule an appointment for 4pm but then went in as a walk in for faster service with only about a 20-30 minute wait. Clean, inviting space for an Urgent Care--calming music in lobby and exam room. Best of all--we were able to wait in our car until they were ready for us. Amazing communication from the first phone call to checking in and going through treatment. Also LOVE that they offered onsite X-ray service for my daughter. Finished the visit off with a ring pop from the treasure box and a happy child who did not feel scared. We typically use telehealth services but if we ever need in-person Urgent Care again we will definitely be using Williamsburg Urgent Care!

My family was staying in Williamsburg from out of town and sharing a hotel room meant some wax ear plugs for our family (snoring). Well it ended with a trip to this wonderful place to help dislodge some stuck pieces of wax ear plugs. They opened so early, had the ability to reserve online appointments and in person - the entire office was lovely. The staff were polite and efficient. The doctors and nurses were top notch and the facility clean and prepared. We felt 100% better I. Less than 40 minutes. Thank goodness for Dr Dean and the wonderful staff here ! We were able to go on with our vacation without a hitch and good as new so fast and well taken care of.

Great service. Easy appointment process, pleasant, professional check-in. The nurse double checked without my prompting her whether I could take Zithromax. I had a heart attack in 2017 and did not remember that I should not take certain antibiotics including Zithromax. Dr. Was kind and efficient. Done promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend others to go to this practice.

My daughter is a frequent visitor of urgent care clinic. We tried all of them in Williamsburg - Sentara (New Town and Longhill), MD Express and this is BY FAR the best one. Every visit we see different doctors but they all have the same great attitude. Highly recommended.
