Although I admit I was slightly nervous by how new this office was I made an appointment anyway. I normally go to Novant Urgent Go but the last several visits have left me discouraged with their lack of bedside manner and just overall rudeness. I had a wonderful experience at Carolina Quick Care today. Both the physician and the tech that checked me in were friendly and genuinely kind. They talked to me like I was a person, not just a patient. Will definitely be going back in the future.

The best experience I've had with an urgent care or doctor's office for that matter EVER. Every part of the staff from the receptionist to the doctor were fantastic. Very friendly and personable got me in very fast for a walk in and they even have little care packs for you to takw home with ramen and cough drops and tissues
