I picked this Urgent Care location for the view. I was nervous about getting stitches out of my eyebrow and it was a nice moment of zen. The reception area was immaculate, and Hannah was extremely friendly and helpful. My birthday twin. ud83cudf82 I can tell everyone who works there love their job. The doctor absolutely couldn't have been more gentle and kind. And a Veteran. Thanks everyone. You made a challenging day a little sweeter.

My wife and myself, both had a wonderful experience at the facility. The awsome doctor, actually took time to talk with us,nand allowed us, to input our concerns; instead of rushing us out, and making anhalf-hearted, uninformed diagnosis ! Allnthe staff was wonderful, and very pleasant to deal with ! This is definitely the best group, that's been in that facility, duringnthe past few years, that we've been going there ! Brought our 18 month old in Sunday, with a cough, congestion, fever and uncomfortable to the point heu2019s unable to sleep. Our NP walked in the door and stated u201cIu2019m going to check out his earsu201d she checked his lungs and ears, stated the one ear was red. Proceeded to state that u201chis ears are very dirty, mom needs to do better at cleaning themu201d u201cmom you need to take care of those ears.u201d As myself and his father sat in the room, I have been told by every pediatrician in our clinic to never touch a childu2019s ears, the chances of rupturing an ear drum are very high, to leave them alone. I left feeling like Iu2019ve been neglecting my child. Fast forward to Wednesday, his symptoms all stayed the same. Day five on antibiotics and not seeing much difference, I took him into his pediatrician, to find out his antibiotics were not prescribed correctly for his weight. u201cShe miss diagnosed his prescription by a lot which is why heu2019s ear infection is not clearing up.u201d That his ears look clean and we have been doing the right thing. Now leaving the office with two confirmed ear infections when this could have been stoped by Sunday. We only visited the urgent care Sunday due to his pediatrician being closed and to get him help as soon as we could. Wouldnu2019t recommend for children.

Everyone was friendly and professional.nThis location has all the services you need for urgent care.nCheck in is easy and there was virtually no wait today (Sat morning).nWhen I need an urgent care, I drive the extra 10 miles from home, passing two other urgent cares, to go to this location.

Arrived 25 mins before closed. Front desk and doctor made me feel rushed to fill out my paper work and complete visit. Once given diagnosis with no testing my prescription was sent to a different pharmacy than what I had requested took me 2 days to find the location of the pharmacy that it was sent to. I apologized for it being so close to closing time but my work schedule could not allow me to come at any other times and this was the closest location at the time of realizing I needed medical attention. Will not be coming to this location again.
