I have been calling over and over for an appointment but no one answers phone calls, answering machine takes me to a lady and tells me to call again and after several attempts, hangs on me. Unprofessional, no manners and right conduct, not helpful at all.

Wait times are completely unacceptable. I waited over 2 hours to be seen on 3/25 on the Urgent Care side which is a little more understandable.nnBut I was told to come back on 4/1 for a follow up and HAD AN APPOINTMENT for 9:20. I was not seen until after 10:50. This is an utterly ridiculous amount of time to have to wait for what was ultimately a 5 minute checkup. What is the point of having an appointment at all if this is how the place is run?nnFurthermore, I filled out paperwork listing my issues and allergies to medications and then had to repeat them to one of the nurses and then had to repeat them again to the doctor when they finally showed up. Perhaps this kind of inefficiency part is the reason the place is somehow 2 hours behind schedule.nnAnd to top it all off, they charge you before you even get to go back to the exam room (to wait for another hour) so you don't even really have the option to leave once your patience runs out.nnIf I could give 0 stars, I would. It's what this place deserves.

Made an appointment for my dad and from making the appointment to Dr time we had an easy experience. The Dr was friendly and I have no complaints about the care and consult.

Visited this medical center several times and unfortunately the front desk worker was consistently rude and brusque. Tried to communicate my needs several times and the desk worker would often interrupt me and curtly reply, failing to understand what I was trying to communicate.nI went there for immigration medical exam services and the entire process took 3 months to complete due to the slow administrative work going on. I had to visit the medical center in-person several times to inquire about the status of my file so I could get my documents to my lawyers on time and multiple times they were missing parts of my file and twice they failed to fill out the appropriate sections on the forms.nnHighlights of experiencesn-ineffective use of administrative servicesn-long wait periods with inadequate communication to client/patientn-ineffective communication strategies used by front desk workers.n-Neglectful execution of services

The front desk was rude and made me wait outside because of my symptoms, saying they would need to do telehealth. And then they called me in for me to meet with the doctor in person after an hour wait. And then they never sent my meds in to the pharmacy. I had to call and complain and be on hold for hours for them to FINALLY call the pharmacy and get my prescriptions sent in. Plus, the rooms weren't clean or prepared for patients.
