The doctors and staff were very attentive and friendly. They called the patients in quickly. The wait time was good.nThe thing that would be great is to have same day results for x-rays and lab work. Depending on the reason for the visit, it's difficult to leave without a diagnosis, but I understand that this maintains the office moving, instead of having patients waiting around for results.

I had a fantastic experience u2014 Eric at reception was absolutely brilliant. Polite, well-spoken, patient, and provided truly outstanding customer service. The lady who took my details and did my x-rays (possibly a nurse?) was also incredible u2014 so empathetic, fun, light-hearted and kind. Both made me feel genuinely cared for and so well looked after. Thank you! 10/10

I had such a great experience at this urgent care. My first experience with any urgent care. The staff was so kind and attentive, and the doctor took the time to really listen and make sure I was comfortable. Itu2019s not always easy going to get any care, but they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Iu2019m really grateful for their care and highly recommend them!

I went in with severe chest pain. The lady in the front was extremely rude, speaking colloquially and unprofessionally. It took them 1 hour to figure out they need to do an EKG, then the staff realized they could not do an EKG because they didnu2019t have a razor. Kylee was the only helpful person there who was attentive and actually cared about my circumstances.

I was sent here for a drug and tb screening for my job. I was a bit reluctant because of the bad reviews, but honestly everything went smoothly. Big props to the two nurses that helped me. Definitely went above and beyond to help me. My only hiccup was on my employers side because of the paperwork I was sent with, but this place made even contacted my employer to fix the issue. Would definitely come here again. I want to thank the staff, both front desk and nurses for all the help. Would definitely come back.
