I took my daughter in to be seen. She was the last patient of the night but you would've never guessed that. The staff were all so accommodating, professional and kind. We were greeted by 2 very kind women who previously stayed on the phone with me while I was lost looking for this clinic.nDr. Gross seen my daughter through her care while we were there. She was prescribed an antibiotic and was given a shot to kick start the treatment. My daughter is very sensitive to medication but definitely needed antibiotics. At checkout, Dr. Gross and the staff noticed my daughter started to look pale. She suddenly felt weak and dizzy. Without me having to ask for help, Dr. Gross quickly directed the staff through an evaluation of my daughter. I have never felt so tended to. They took excellent care of my child, even on a very busy night. I am beyond grateful! Mostly for them showing my 17 year old that she can put her trust in an urgent care that truly cares, sees her and hears her needs. Thank you Dr. Gross, nurses and admim staff! 100% recommend!

I want to give a shout out to the night crew at Meritus Health Center!!!!! it's the new one over there by Valley Mall. It was excellent, great customer service the doctors were awesome, my daughter hates going to the doctor but she did so well here because that's how great they are. It was very clean. This is where I will be coming for now on, great job ladies!!!!!!

I went last night for chest pains and shortness of breath and blood in urine. They let other people skip the line,after the desk lady said we were next to be called. We were there for 4 hours. Lab work on urine sent for testing.i get I nebulizer treatment and a steroid shot.i was diagnosed with bronchitis and sent home by Dr Gross. I was supposed to get a prescription of doxycycline and got nothing.this is the second time I've been told I would get an antibiotic and Didn't.

Don't waste your time unless you have a cold. If you hurt yourself they will tell you they don't have a x-ray and would not be able to help much.
