Hey My mom Appointment 9:30 am and now is 10:54 I am Righting couple words no one take care of even between this time my mom need use Restroom and No restroom in floor Almost close to 2 hours. How this Medical group is just making money with Government. With insurance companies. Dr Celeste Willis and desk Girl say 5 minit we waiting 30 downstairs thank she chk Covid test. And 2023. Even I go uab medicine thay not chk Covid. Test itu2019s too much worse. Donu2019t be take appointment this medical system no any patient last 40 minit. Should be government need be do sumthing

I was a pedestrian hit by a car who died and came back to life on October 8, 2022 so when I first came to Dr. Celeste on November 3, 2022 I had a broken nose, 3 broken ribs, my left arm humorous bone have 14 screws and 2 rods in it, and a hematoma on the left side of my head. So she knows my situation fast forward to about 6 months later she sends me to pain management, because I be in a lot of pain. I have asked her 2 times about taking me off of work due to the fact I can barely lift my arms at times. She sends me to get all these MRI Reports done and see's I have severe arthritis in my shoulders. Early this year she sends me to take another MRI on my c-spine because of the excruciating pain that's comes from my neck to my shoulders to my arms that's goes to my finger tips. Another MRI on my lower back come to find out that I have 2 Disc herniations one in my c- spine sitting on my spine and one in my lumbar. I asked her can she take me off work I'm trying to get my disability. She tells me that she's been practicing for 20 yrs and has never taken s patient completely off work. So I asked why do I keep coming here when clearly you're not trying to help me. I last seen her in February of this year. I been asking for medical records since haven't heard anything. I found a new Dr and had to have neck surgery recently and now they calling telling me I can come and get my medical records but she wants me to pay her 50.00 for them. When I signed my medical release form in February there wasn't anything on the form about me paying 50.00 . She is very low down. If your appt is at 9:30 a.m. you won't leave until 1 p.m. It's ridiculous. I been trying to be nice and patient with her, but you can't with her.

Dr. Reese is the worst Dr I have ever seen. I chose her as a primary care doctor because I felt she would understand my health needs. I was experiencing severe pain in my back and when I walked. She didnu2019t try to help find out what was wrong. She didnu2019t refer me to a specialist. She refused to see me and NEVER notified me. Wasted my time. I had to find another primary. He was the best. I found out my labrum was turning into bone in my hips. I had a bulging disc. The radiating pain was causing my back pain. I had surgery to correct my issues. No thanks to Dr. Celeste Reese.

Doctor Celest and her staff were very personable as well as insightful when it came to coronavirus issues.She educated me on the different variations of the virus as well as the time frame in which it took to recover. She also cleared up the incubation time when it came to asymptomatic cases.She took the no-nonsense approach and it will greatly appreciate it.
