Excellent Experience. I hit my shin with a pedal while mountain biking and opened up a couple of deep lacerations. Rapid intake and very happy with My interaction with everyone. I ended up with eight stitches and specific instructions for further treatment from the physician assistant. I have only been to MedExpress before in the Pittsburgh area and this experience was similar u2013 outstanding for things that donu2019t need an emergency room visit.

My mother and I went here cause my closest urgent care facility doesn't have radiology/was closed. Staff was kind and kept me informed on what was going on. The Dr. treated my mother and I well and we were seen in a timely manner according to the amount of people in front of us. Overall I have no complaints, they are faster than the hospital and they provided help for our issues.nnBut while I was there I seen lots of information telling people to stop pressuring the Dr. to give an antibiotic and the problems with taking one when you don't need one. By reading a lot of the 1 star reviews it seems like most of these people just wanted an antibiotic and they didn't actually care with what the doctor said. Or they expect them to act like the hospital which they are not if your having an emergency you should be going to the hospital not urgent care.

I gave one star because zero stats are not an option. I wouldn't return there with a hang nail, therude and ineffective treatment was worse than useless and don't expect any compassion or human decency from these folks.nI wish I had bothered to view these reviews before I went because they have left me suffering much worse than before I went.nI called to express my ineffective treatment, was told to expect.a.return call and so I waited 24 hours for a call that never came. When I called back they seemed almost offended that their treatment was ineffective.nBy ALL MEANS avoid this place.

I visited this Urgent Care March 1st with symptoms of a sinus infection. Tested positive for COVID. Was offered the prescription with a list of side effects and I just asked for an antibiotic for the infection. Was told the vitus would have to run it's course. Here I am 4 days later, still sick, both ears clogged, still running a fever, waiting 3 hours to get an antibiotic called in, getting questioned why I want one now and in need of a note for work. Horrible prioritizing of urgency, and time management. ud83eudd12ud83eudd7a

The lady named sandy at the front desk was extremely rude to my sister. She was on the phone when we walked in so we sat down to wait until she was done. She gave no indication that she was no longer busy and when my sister walked up to the window to ask for help she was very short with her. She didnu2019t even tell her she was checked in, she just handed her stuff back to her and then immediately dialed the phone and started talking to someone again. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. Everyone else that we saw, however, was very polite.
