I met Dr Guarino when I was admitted to the hospital after being in the ER with some excruciating pain in my abdomen. The result: I needed to have emergency gallbladder removal surgery, not the best news to receive, specially when I was traveling abroad the next day for vacations.nAnyhow even though this incident was unfortunate, Dr Lawrence Guarino made everything better. He was very knowledgeable, attentive, answered my million questions and more importantly made me feel at ease and confident in this situation.nHe was also great with my follow up consult after the surgery and was more than willing to help with some notes and other stuff I needed.nBig bonus: Dr Guarino was very amiable and warm through the whole ordeal.nMy experience of him was of an outstanding and charismatic doctor. I got out of luck with these circumstances but definitely lucked out having Dr Guarino as my surgeon.

He saved my mom's life more than once in the last 2 months! I love this guy. He reminds me of one of the family. He comes out and sits with you after the surgery and doesn't rush away. He was there to answer any of our (mostly my) questions and never seemed annoyed with me like other Drs seem to get. Great bedside manner! Thank you Dr. G. I definitely would want you if I ever needed emergency surgery!

Dr. Guarino is brilliant, professional, forthright and has an excellent bedside manner. He performed emergency surgery on me and even fixed a problem area he noticed during the surgery. The area he fixed wasn't even what he needed to operate on. I like his sense of humor and dedication to the patient. I really lucked out when he was assigned my case. I'll

I really thought he was going to be a great up and coming surgeon. I didn't feel good after repeated calls to him went un-returned and it was regarding a very serious situation too. So, sorry Dr. Guarino but the midnight visits at the hospital, and your messy office was OK, until you failed to return all my calls.
