Waterford Quality Urgent Care Clean and professional fast service! Got in right away, x-ray, saw the care provider. Fitted for a brace, prescription given , went to CVS filled prescription, Jerryu2019s Coney, back at home now getting comfortable. Injured my knee somehow this morning and was in extreme pain! Already feeling better. I have gone to this Quality Urgent Care location in the past for a couple things and Iu2019ve had a good experience every time! Also, right next to Physi-4-releif, Iu2019ve gotten therapy there for my knee lol. Great people same building.

This is our go-to place when we need Urgent Care and it's always been a positive experience. I've brought my 2 year old here as well as my 5 yr old, my husband, me... each time, we are well taken care of and given prescriptions to help us get better. I personally prefer coming here than my PCP.

Will never go again. Took my child who is sick. Fever, cough, running nose, eyes are watering and discharge. Only to be told its nothing but a virus. Let it run its course. 2 days later and still has all the same symptoms and not wanting to eat. Took my son to the ER and told he has a very bad ear infection. Told the er doctor we had just been to the urgent care with him. They said he was fine. Er doctor said that there was no way that my sons ear infection wasn't there when we came to this place. Staff is friendly here. But the quality of care has gone down hill.

I wanted to write a good review. I have been here a handful of times over the last several years and usually have a good experience. Unfortunately, that stopped today.nnI went in today for an extremely sore throat, swollen tonsils, and white spots oozing from my tonsils. The front desk staff and medical assistant were less than enthusiastic, but I didnu2019t let it bother me. I usually like the doctor that works here.nnToday I had someone come in who I had never seen before. I told her what was going on. She looks at my throat for literally one second. Tells me everything looks normal and itu2019s just u201ctonsil stonesu201d. I let her know I get tonsil stones and this is an oozy consistency. Not stones. She argues with me that the ooze hasnu2019t u201chad time to hardenu201d. Tells me to drink some warm water. I asked her if itu2019s stones, then why does my throat hurt so bad? She looks me dead in the eyes and says u201ctake an Advilu201d. Thatu2019s a new one!nnI left there and felt very irritated about my interaction. I knew something was wrong, but was quickly brushed off. I decided to trust my gut and go to another doctor. The first thing the nurse said to me at the next facility was u201cwow! Your tonsils are so swollen!u201d. Proving my point that something was wrong. The doctor at the next facility also commented how swollen they are, and said if they get more swollen to go to the ER. I had to be placed on antibiotics. So much for water and Advil!nnVery disappointed in the service I received at Quality urgent Care. They were great several years ago, but itu2019s clear theyu2019re now just trying to rush you in and out. I get being busy, but a mistake/overlook like that could be very costly for someone one day.

So far, they've been pretty good whether its for me or my family members. No matter which nurse or doctor I see, each visit has been good. They listen and seems like they do care when you tell them about your symptoms. Have not had a bad experience so far.
