This place is going downhill, today I am trying to call to make an appointment since 8:30 a.m. and still cannot get through because they're lovely automated system keep saying the office is not open but if you look at the operating hours the office is open. Everything here has changed I've been coming here for 10 plus years and this is the worst I've seen it. I think it's time to find a doctor elsewhere that answers calls and get you referrals on time instead of 2 months after you see the doctor.

We went to the doctor today. My child needed a pediatrician. But before the meeting with the doctor, a nurse always comes and takes measurements, etc. We were met by Shanno B, everything is fine except she doesn't know how to communicate with children. All children are different, my child is afraid of strangers. Are they taught this at all? My daughter cried during the head measurement and weight/height measurement. I understand that the work with patients is psychologically difficult, but the child's fear of doctors remains for life!

I could write a book on all the ways this place has declined. I began as a maternity patient 15 years ago. Back then this office was a great place for care. Over the years it has slowly declined in care and in service. The front desk staff is the rudest I have ever experienced. Some doctors are condescending. Other doctor's do not bother to read charts before providing what they call care. Once they even recommended I go to the ER rather than see me for a non-life threatening visit. Unbelievable! The nursing staff is the only reason this place gets any stars at all. I will be transferring all my care and my familyu2019s care elsewhere.

I'm a grandparent to the children that attend this practice I've asked my daughter for many years to just subscribe to an actual physician but she chooses to use this service here yet now today was the first time I intervened it took numerous operators to get me to this location it seems impossible over the years while my daughter has needed to call the office she always has to take the children to the emergency room she's actually upset with me that I'm going to leave a review and I had contacted the office because they have a procedure that takes numerous days for a referral my granddaughter was taken to the emergency room over a week ago and was told by the physician in the emergency room at JFK that she needed to see a specialist so why hadn't the family medicine area already for my daughter too many hoops you have to jump through with these people it's ridiculous my daughter luckily got an appointment with a specialist in West Orange for tomorrow December 28th or else has to wait until March when she is having bowel problems at 4 yrs old

Utterly annoying. I've called numerous times for 1 referral and I've never gotten a call back and it's never gotten done. The referrals department is said to be 'busy' but I don't believe it, it cannot take over 2 months for a simple referral. And I work in healthcare, and know how easy UHC electronic referrals are to do. Changing my PCP immediately, I've never felt more neglected here.
