Had to reschedule fingerprinting appointment last minute to another field point location being cancelled. This location was able to accommodate, and upon arrival took maybe 5 minutes to complete the process. Was very quick and professional.nnAs a side note I parked in the BDC lot nearby for 17$, but had I taken a moment to look closer there is two hours visitor parking available at this building. Save yourself a few bucks!

Have gone twice for USCG testing, the staff is friendly, kind, and so efficient! Itu2019s good to know that everything will be handled properly. Both times I have walked in without an appointment mid-morning on a weekday, one time I only had to wait 10 minutes and the other they took me right away. A+++
