The two best parts: 1. The check in lady - I have remembered her name, was truly the best part of my experience. She was incredibly patient and helpful with me and tried to help save both time and money on my behalf. She was also very kind given I didnu2019t bring any documentation with me. 2. The nurse practitioner was excellent. 2nd time Iu2019ve seen her. Both met with great results.

The PA was rude and waited over an hour for her to tell me to take ibuprofen even after addressing my concerns. honestly never leave bad reviews but this was the most defeating experience iu2019ve had. front office staff and the first nurse was extremely nice and helpful though

I came to your clinic in despair and high anxiety.. I was dealing with an allergy and severe itching .. your nurse was so kind and understanding and supportive checked me in .. the doctor saw me within ten minutes . One look and the next minute she determined the problem and found the solution and put me at ease and confort !nToday I went back for a check up and was seen right awry and provided with prescription.. and now in the evening all the itching is gone almost and I can relax .. thank god I live next door to such a fantastic care center with the most knowledgeable kind supportive staff !nThank you so much

I made an appointment and they were running a little bit behind but the receptionist let me know ahead of time and told me there was an emergency. Which is nice Because usually you have to just Wait and find out that they're not on time. The doctor and nurse were very kind and compassionate. And everyone was considerate of my time. I appreciate how I was treated and how quickly everything went without loss of care in any way. This urgent care definitely will be on my list of best ones to visit if not the best one to visit.
