Curt and his staff was absolutely incredible. I am a older person and do not have the experience to know what is the best choice for my needs when it comes to purchasing health equipment. They went above and beyond and was so kind and patient with me. They went over in detail all that they had to offer in breathing machines and made a recommendation. The thing I appreciated the most was they didn't push the most expensive piece of equipment they recommended the one they thought would best suit me. They were very professional. I shared with my doctor at my last visit, just how disappointed and frustrated I had been with my CPap supplier. She recommended I try Med X in Cape Girardeau. I am so glad I did. zero star is more like it. do not use this company. we received a bill from 3/23 - 9/23 in march of 2024. then after calling them because this said final bill they already turned it into collections when this is the first ever bill i received. run run run away from this company!!!!

I was working with a hurt ankle and having issues with my insurance. The owner came into my job and saw me working with a hurt ankle with nothing on it to help prevent it from getting worse. He then went to his office and had one of the girls come to my job and put an ankle brace on me. I felt like he really cared and I am so thankful that he did that it helped me out a lot and heeled my ankle sooner rather than me messing it up even more!
