Our unit 206 of building 2867 in walden parknIt has historic problems with wasp and roof leakage and they will not fix it properly- when we first took our unit feb.23 - they said we had roof work as it leaked last time it rained and since then up to date we complained several times of the roof leakage and AC panel leakage and they came many times and did some minor repairs that all failed the next time it heavily rained. Same for the wasp every time they come spray and do some inspections and the wasp still manages to get in the house and stung my husband oncennThey compensated us with $300 when we requested to remove part of rent cost until they fix the unit problems !! While our living area is inhabitable i requested to move us in another unit or a hotel until its fixed - they also refused - so every month we have workers in our unit to do something which we hate as we appreciate our privacy.nvery bad customer service and they donu2019t really care. Our contract ends feb.25 and we will not renew it afterwards.

Great Property Management Company. Iu2019ve had 10 years with them and I have been greatly appreciative of their professionalism and care with which they handled my properties. Would heartily recommend them to any property owner large or small. Recently sold my last property and I will miss getting to see them!

It WAS great! They were amazing while I had my appartment. Now that i've moved out they are horrible to work with. I am still required to pay for water, power, rent, and insurance for the next month after my lease ended. I have not gotten my bill yet but I will be livid if my bill for this past month is signifiantly higher than what they have been throughout what I used during my lease. Im begning to wish that I had went with Cape Trails instead....nI have had 2 apartments before I moved to Cape and neither of them made me pay extra, when the lease was done it was done, no extra payments.

I have been extremely dissatisfied with my experience renting from EPM , For several months now, I have been dealing with a persistent leakage issue inside my home, and the company's response has been nothing short of disappointing.nnDespite numerous calls and requests for assistance, they have failed to address the problem effectively. Each time I reach out, I met with empty promises and no real action. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration, as the leakage continues to disrupt my daily life.nnThe lack of reliability and professionalism from this company is truly concerning. They do not seem to care about the well-being of their tenants or maintaining their properties. If you are looking for a rental company that prioritizes tenant satisfaction and provides timely maintenance, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.nnAnd hereu2019s the picture for some useless installation that has been there for so long now ..They wanted to do like a quick thing after my wife left them a review here they deserved ..

I am going to do 4 stars for now to see how things will go, but so far, I am impressed and so are my parents! Move-in was pretty smooth and theyu2019re relatively quick with responses to the VERY MINOR issues I have had. Not bad at all from what I have experienced with previous places!!
