I have rented a couple of properties from Hetzel Properties.nRick is the most professional landlord we have ever had! Our home and apartment was very clean and well taken care of. With such short time and short notice Hetzel properties were able to provide to me a 1BD room/basement apartment! Me being a girly, girl I had second thoughts about living in a basement, but once I viewed the apartment it felt like HOME! Hetzel Properties is great for students that are in search of a professional, understanding landlord and a GREAT place to stay!
