This afternoon I had. DOT Physical at the AFC Urgent Care in High Point. The service was outstanding!! The entire staff was polite, efficient and very professional. I have had several DOT physicals and this was the most efficient by far. There was no time wasted and I felt like the staff really cared about the treatment I received and wanted to do a good job. The PA was thorough and thoughtful knowing a passing grade was putting a driver on the road.nnGoo job done by all!

The ladies at AFC are awesome. I came in with a deep slice into my right thumb, and I don't currently have health insurance. Within an hour, my hand got fixed up well enough to get back to work + I got a Tetnis shot to be protected even more. I didn't know that urgent care facilities offered shots on demand, so my experience was a stellar one. Everything taken care of for a low cash price. Back to work! Thanks AFC!

Theresa is utterly amazing I had went to a different urgent care about 2 weeks prior and told me nothing was wrong (when clearly something was) and sent me home devastated. When I went to this one Theresa took action and helped relieve my symptoms. 5 stars!! Thank You!

Went in for a drug test lady was screaming at me during the physical. Went in told me my urine was too cold even though I pointed out it was still in the 90s low or not itu2019s still in legal range. Definitely took almost a hour to get in the back where it was freezing cold. Didnu2019t even let my urine sit long enough to read it. Definitely racist behavior as the other reviews said the same exact thing. Was then given a mouth swab and was demanding me to hold my head down the whole time. I took lots of mouth swabs and never was told to hold my head down. When I got on my phone she came next to me to see what I was looking at on my phone. Waiting for someone to contact me from higher ups, def going to see if I can take action about this issue not okay. Front desk was very sweet to me African American ladies and all other staff except the lady giving this interview. When Iu2019m in the physical I wasnu2019t all the way strapped in the machine as if it was a malicious way to hurt me.luckily I didnu2019t fall. Very very bad experience. Iu2019ve been to the other urgent cares of this company and give all the other companies 5 stars it was just a bad employee experience.

First time here and I was pleasantly pleased. I waited but not too long. A lovely and sweet Brandi Alexander took my vitals and history. She was so very good at her job. I then saw Carolyn who worked under Shelby Kirkpatrick, who took my history of this event. She was also very thorough, then went to discuss with Shelby who then came in and reviewednMy treatment plan. I wad very happy with the care I received!
