My experience began ...with a welcoming, knowledgeable receptionist,Wendy, who had an answer for every question.She helped me navigate the check in process, which I so appreciated!Dr.Tocidlowski ,had a wonderful bedside manner ,as he carefully removed a difficult tick...all the while making sure it wasn't causing me too much pain! The staff was wonderful and I felt like I received excellent care...highly recommend!

So glad to be a short ride away to visit this urgent care. Love it that it's not super crowded and they give you a live waiting period, so you are aware of how much longer until you're seen. The past times I came, I was seen by two phenomenal doctors who are very sympathetic and look at you like a human, instead of another body count in their exam room. The doctor's are very knowledgeable and they also run labs quickly for results. Front desk can be more friendly but then again, that's just my take, since I believe the first impression sets the note for comparison to others choices available in almost every other block around any community.Highly recommended, go get yourself right and find relieve fast!

Iu2019ve used this facility quite a few times. Most recently I was quite ill. Iu2019ve received great care here, but as Iu2019ve mentioned before their check in process is pretty grueling especially when you arenu2019t feeling well. On my last visit I must have authorized my credit card to be billed. Must have been in the fine print somewhere or I misunderstood the details of how this would be done. I was sick! u2026 Anyway- a few weeks later I see a random charge on my bank summary and it turns out I was charged WITHOUT prior notice or forewarning for an office visit I hadnu2019t even received a bill yet for. Talk about unethical!!! I didnu2019t know what the charge was - went crazy phoning my bank - went crazy after I spoke with someone in billing and unfortunately this experience has completely soured me. I was told an email informing me of the charge was sent to me and it was NOT!!!!! I wonu2019t be using this facility again even though I thought the Dr.u2019s were great. So be careful about signing and checking boxes while youu2019re waiting to be seen with the horrible check in, because you may just have your bank account hijacked without any advance notice!!!!

The absolute best urgent care and nicest nurses and doctor.I was a walk in and had an Extremely short wait(less than ten mins), very clean and everyone had great bedside manner. Dr. Wasserman was my doctor and was extremely thorough and kind(as well as the rest of the staff). I will never go to another urgent care. Thank you so much!
