I've been coming here to the Paramus NJ location for several years now. I see Dr. Jill Zeiger. She is absolutely the best doctor. Wait times are low, the staff is friendly and polite, and above all Dr. Z is a very good Doctor. I've seen PA's in various facilities, but I have to say I prefer coming here rather than my PCP because I know when I see Dr. Z, I will be better soon because she will really listen to me to help me in the best way. I have to be honest and say, if Dr. Z ever moved from this location, I would stop coming here. It's just a comfort and confidence level I have for her that I just don't have for other doctors, and when you're sick, this is very important. If you are sick, go see Dr. Z asap!

Despite having an appointment I had to wait over an hour.nnThe staff was friendly and efficient despite being apparently short-handed. I had a shoulder issue. After examination, the doctor suggested that I visit my orthopedic doctor. She got me an appointment with my orthopedic doctor through u2018back-channelsu2019. This was a huge help as the earliest that I could find was about 5 days later.nnThey did not take needless x-rays, etc., as they were able to get me an early ortho appointment.nnWhile they did not attempt to diagnose/treat, they did close the loop to ensure I was placed in good hands

I visited urgent care with my 2 children today on 12/26 and it was by far the best urgent care experience weu2019ve ever had. The girl at the front desk was so kind , they had books for the kids , and let us wait for our appointment in the car. The nurse took a thorough history and the female physician we saw had great bed side manner and really listened to my concerns. I would highly recommend this office for adult or pediatric needs. I wish I remembered the girls names to acknowledge them properly but they were all fantastic! Thank you!

This Urgent care is excellent! So easy to get an appointment same day and the staff are so nice and caring. Dr. Jill Zeiger is very professional and really takes to the time to listen to you and have a solution. She really cares for your well being and I would recommend her to my family and friends. I really appreciated all the time she and her staff spent with me. I would highly recommend this urgent care and Dr. Zeiger!
