We came in right before closing because my daughter had an allergic reaction. The doctor took us in right away and stayed late to make sure she was taken care of. The people at this urgent care facility are AMAZING. I was having a few issues and decided to walk in at about 10 am on a week day morning. The PA saw me within 15 min which is not bad considering I was a walk in. Doctor Anna was the best. Very professional and sweet. Honestly all the people their were very patient and professional also they all had a great sense of humor which was nice. They did mention that it gets really busy in the afternoon so if you need help its better to come in the morning and preregister.

I highly recommend this urgent care facility, where everyone is extremely nice and polite. The staff, including the Persian-Pakistani woman and the Cuban man, were all amazing and took great care of me. The doctor was also very nice and efficient. Thanks to my insurance, I didn't have to pay anything. As a first-time visitor to an urgent care, I felt relieved and at ease, and I will definitely return if needed.

This place has incredible doctors and nurses working here. The staff know their stuff and are very kind. I've been dealing with chronic sinus infections for a while and the doctor I saw gave me a lot of very good advice for how to deal with and mitigate my symptoms, and also told me to get a new ENT, which I knew I needed to do but also needed to hear from someone else.nnSure, wait times can be long. But this is a big city and there's a national healthcare worker shortage going on--anywhere with short wait times? That's a MAJOR red flag. Everything takes forever at urgent cares because there's not enough of them and there's not enough doctors and not enough nurses and not enough administrative staff because this is America and we don't treat medical workers well. The folks here know this and do their best to get everyone seen without sacrificing patient safety.nnThere's long waits everywhere. The people here are worth the wait.

If you need urgent care, this is the place to be! The front desk and the nurse are very professional. Ana, NP is very compassionate and very professional. This location accepts walk-in patients, and there are plenty of parking spaces.
