Had to go in as found out my GP retired, and I had fallen down some stairs. Didn't have to wait long and everyone was super friendly. Doctor and nurses were thorough and extremely nice. Would highly recommend this urgent care.

I visited Clovis Urgent Care to receive a tetanus shot after a minor injury. Upon entering the exam room, the nurse or technician, Iu2019m not sure, came in to tell me after checking my records that I had already received my tetanus shot a year ago and would not need one. I requested a refund on my copay. I never saw a doctor and had no services given. They refused to remedy the situation and told me it was too late and that they had already billed my insurance, and thus nothing could be done. I was there for an hour and someone could have checked my records in my time waiting to confirm whether or not I needed the shot, instead they took me in and billed my insurance before I had even seen a doctor. Money grubbing behavior and I will not be returning. Would not recommend Clovis Urgent Care as they possess no empathy in regards to the financial situation of their clients and make no effort to remedy unfavorable and preventable situations.

We had the best experience with Dr. Dhaliwal and his very professional staff. They were timely, efficient and very accommodating. Dr.Dhaliwal removed our 7 yr old granddaughteru2019s arm cast. He made sure she wasnu2019t frightened and she enjoyed the entire experience. Thank you Clovis Urgent Care!

I would give ZERO stars if I could. The absolute worst receptionists on the face of earth! Karen, Serri, and Tamos were the rudest people Iu2019ve ever experienced in my 45 years on this earth! My blood test was compromised due to a negligence in their office they told me my tests came back normal when in fact they didnu2019t spin my blood. I tried to ask them not to bill me because now I have to retest somewhere else they will not help me! Serri said she would take care of it and make sure I wasnu2019t charged she promised a call back mind you this was after Serri went off on me in a rude way saying sheu2019s not a robot and literally yelled at me on the phone just because I needed help with my bill! Serri lied to me she didnu2019t call nor fixed the problem. She said my tests were normal when in fact they werenu2019t and if I didnu2019t request a copy I wouldnu2019t of known that the results were compromised They so rude, I canu2019t believe the amount of neglect I went through! I still am having unresolved medical issues, and they donu2019t care about people! When I called a 6th time Tamos said they made notes about me in the system, that I had to pay for the tests and threatened she was going to call the cops on me!!? Like for what? I just needed help with my bill!! Iu2019m so shocked I went through this! Iu2019m not a difficult person and overall understanding I just didnu2019t want to pay for a blood result thatu2019s wasnu2019t spun and caused my blood cells to separate to long for quest to give a good result. It was a very important test!nI canu2019t believe I went through this! By far the worst experience in my life! Do NOT go here!!! I recommend this company fire these receptionist and get new ones. Clearly, after reading reviews Iu2019m not the only one experiencing awful customer service. Please safe yourself the trouble and go anywhere else these people only care about money not people.

I visited this urgent care twice, thinking it was a legitimate facility. However, they donu2019t have primary care doctorsu2014just one physician. After prescribing some painkillers, they didnu2019t even provide a proper diagnosis or report. In my opinion, this place feels like a scam. I wouldnu2019t recommend wasting your time here.
