I got a cpap machine through this company. They told me that soonercare paid for the machine and I was good to go. I had to stop using the machine so I could find another mask for it because the mask that they gave me started to hurt my nose.. 4 days ago I got a call from the company saying that soonercare stopped paying for the machine and I was like hold up I was told soonercare already paid for the machine. So now I have no cpap machine and now I have to go back through my doctor and get another prescription for a new cpap machine or I could buy buy another cpap machine through a private person. Since I was told soonercare paid for the machine then the company should have not came and picked up the machine. I wonu2019t be going through this company again. Lie to me once and I will not deal with this company ever again

I got my first BiPap in November 2021. After 3 months I started receiving a bill. I thought Medicare and my secondary insurance would cover the cost. Then they told me I was renting it. I paid the bill. Then in March 2022 the machine quit working. They replaced it. Now I get a phone call telling me I owe them $200. The reason is that I damaged the old machine with water. I did not do that. So in order to not pay the $200, I am returning the machine I have. I never used it! So if they tell me it is damaged, they are lying. I will never use them again nor will I reccomend them. Why did they wait a year to tell me?

I cannot imagine the negative reviews. My family dealt with this company for 3 years during my motheru2019s illness and they were completely wonderful u2014 concerned, involved, compassionate and 100% supportive and helpful. My experience with them is one of the positive things we encountered and one for which we will always be grateful.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. My wife had everything set up through Steve to go pick up the equipment for a sleep study. And the female who identified as Steves wife told my wife that she couldn't and wouldn't help her. And Tracy told her there was nowhere else she could go. And the female told her that she didn't care, and that my wife needed to leave. This place is horrible.

One of the most arrogant and difficult people I've ever had to work with, and I've worked in customer service for decades. My provider has been faxing them everything they want for months now. When I called to follow up today, instead of being able to confirm the fax number and try to get the information to them, a man picked up the line and started lecturing me about not getting them the correct files, and how a CPAP and an APAP are different, and home sleep studies don't test for aeration, and they need chart notes from before, and the order for the study, and the notes after and it has to be an APAP. See? That's how many times I've heard this lecture. Surely someone doing 'respiratory therapy for 30 years now' should have picked up some manners by now. I just want to be able to breathe at night. My advice, find someone else, spend $600 on a cpap from Amazon, or youu2019ll spend weeks hearing about APAP vs CPAP and get nowhere for your trouble.
