Went in for fiances visit when she was sick and it was such an odd appointment which didn't result in fixing the issue.The front desk was treating me as if I was a stranger with her and acted as if I was the issue with causing her sickness and asked her if she wanted this guy to go with her. Never had any doctors office treat me as if going with my family was an issue.The doctor had terrible bedside manners. When conducting the tests she was rude and acted as if we were too dumb or not paying attention to what she was saying. As if we were beneath her by going in. She made my fiance feel bad for going in, which is something a doctor should never do. On top of this, we went to see another doctor and had more tests ran to find out additional issues that this doctor missed.

I have used this urgent care three times in the past year and have had a great experience every time. The front desk staff is very friendly and the doctor is very attentive and knowledgeable. I have also never waited more than five minutes to be seen!

I went this urgent care may be 2-3 years ago. I had a injection and I paid what they told me. Today I saw a collection under my credit history and they destroyed my credit history. They opened 10 dollar collection to me. Thatu2019s not fair. You are telling me injection fee, I am paying it. Then you opened me a collection after 2-3 years later and destroyed my credit history. Thatu2019s not fair. How can it be? Really I do not understand!

Very poor experience. Would not recommend going. The main Dr was more interested in my hair and what shampoo i was using rather than the actually medical issue i came in for. Completely dismissed my concerns that i potentially have recurring cellulitis (that can happen) and didn't allow me to explain the history behind the cellulitis because she kept cutting me off. The appointment took less than 5 mins because she didn't want to hear what i had to say and my concerns. Towards the end of the apt asked again what shampoo i was using because she liked my hair. Very unprofessional. Also front desk worker was arguing with the Dr which again is unprofessional.Update: It was cellulitis and i needed antibiotics asap had to go to hospital due to it spreading.

I made an appointment to have my throat checked out because I was having a hard time breathing. After going to another urgent care I found out it was a panic attack. While I was waiting in the waiting room at Dulles Urgent Care the people working were snapping at each other and slamming doors/windows. It triggered me even more and was probably the worst place for me to be at the time. The man working the front desk was nice but very stressed due to the aggressive woman (co-worker) in and out of his personal space.
