MA was completely unprofessional. I took my 17 year old daughter to your facility because she was ill. When the MA took us back to the exam room she left the door open and asked my daughter why she was being seen today. My daughter is already embarrassed and uncomfortable and it was more uncomfortable with the door wide open. I asked the MA if she was going to shut the door and she said u201cwhy? Thereu2019s no one in the hallway!u201d When I insisted the door be shut the MA became visually upset, shut the door and proceeded with her questions in an aggressive manner. It was an extremely uncomfortable situation. When the NP came in we reported the treatment we received from the MA to him. When we were done and walked out the exam room the NP was gossiping about what I had told him happened to the receptionist and the MA. When they saw us come out of the exam room they just looked at us and laughed. When I told the NP that this was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had all he said was u201cWhat did I do?u201d My daughter was in tears by the time we left and completely humiliated

I went to Michigan Urgent Care in Dundee to have a special test done. The staff and manager went out of their way to make sure the test was completed. (Now I might be forgetting the front desk staff member's name, but I'm going to say Kathy?) Kathy made several calls and did everything it took to meet my needs. When the Manager arrived (sorry that I didn't get her name), she too made sure that my needs were met. Sophia performed the test, and she was equally as Awesome! I told them that they all deserved Employee of the Year awards! I live in Ann Arbor, but I will be more than happy to make the drive to Dundee whenever the need arises! Excellent patient care!

My experience has never been worse. It COULDN'T have been worse. MA would not shut the door when going over my reason for being seen. When i asked her to shut the door she said u201cthereu2019s not really a reason to because no one is in the hallwayu201d. Once I stated I would like it shut she had an attitude. The nurse practitioner was equally as unprofessional. When he came in he immediately gave off a creep vibe. I had to ASK to hear about my lab results. I reported the MAs unprofessionalism to the nurse practitioner. He left the room to check this one medication. Then did not come back. When we went in the hall to tell him we found the name of the meds he was out there gossiping to the receptionist and the MA about what just went on. Experience was quite honestly the most uncomfortable iu2019ve ever been. Will not be going back, even if my arms fall off.

From the moment I walked into the waiting room to the moment I left was just a little over 2 hours and there were only a couple people ahead of me. I watched someone come in 30 minutes after me without an appointment and were seen about 10 minutes before me so itu2019s inconsistent how things go for everyone. I got my vitals after waiting 75 minutes and then went to a different room for the doctor where I waited another 35 minutes or so. All while hearing all the staff really chatting it up like it was a pizza party. Iu2019ll never come back here. Iu2019ve been to far busier urgent cares and itu2019s taken way less time. This place is more like the non-urgent care. That said, no one was ever rude to me at least.
