I had a bad toothache, 2 times in 2 months. Dr. Bob misdiagnosed what was wrong, gave me 7(!) refills on an antibiotic because he didn't how to treat it. My jaw was swollen and very painful. I went to another dentist and she said the infection moved into my lymph node. I saw an oral surgeon that same day. He said my infection could have landed me in the hospital. I had my tooth pulled the next day, had to have a drain put in because there was so much infection in there. Wish I'd done my research before I went to DuPage Dental.

If there is a negative star, I would have rated this office as the worst. Long story short, they charge $20 for cleaning their chairs etc since we r still on phase 4 of covid. Lady dentist is rude! And at that time was firing her receptionist because according to her the receptionist is defrauding her time sheet. Good thing we decided not to have my daughter's wisdom tooth pulled because she is NOT even an oral surgeon. Run away and I feel bad for the receptionist.

The 'dentist' if she even is one pulled my tooth (she is definitely NOT an oral surgeon) and by doing that completely messed up my gums and the roof of my mouth and even managed to chip a tooth that was next to the one she pulled out (in pieces). She was in my mouth for an hour, pulling and resting her hands on my mouth. I was in pain for the next 3 months and had to visit another dentist to figure out what is going on in my mouth. This dentist was in total disbelief and shock, saying that everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. This was by far the worst experience of all the experiences ever. Run fast from this dump and don't think twice about NOT going.

This Dentist has her head right up her posterior. She bounces the payroll checks of her own employees on purpose, reschedules indefinite patients and is about a hair away from the business going under. AVOID at all costs. Dr. bob is the only decent professional there and he gets bounced checks all the time too! The inside is dingy at best for description. The equipment is from the early 80's, and the dental staff and front end all are rude and obnoxious. I will say this review does not include for Dr. Bob and The newest front end lady with the British accent. They are nice and will help if you have to go here, talk to only those two. Other then that, run!

Not happy. Was going to send an email to them about it but their website is pretty generic and I don't trust their staff to fix their errors if they can't even schedule an appointment properly or put crowns in correctly in the first place. I've had multiple crowns done and all but maybe one were done poorly and one has decay under it.nnApparently I didn't know, and neither did they, when you get a crown it should fit tightly with the surrounding teeth and there's never did. Also, for the bulk of my appointments I was kept waiting 45 minutes to 75 minutes, one my my wife's appointments she made they didn't keep (she showed up and they acted confused, said they wrote it in the wrong book even though they called her to confirm a couple days earlier) and one she cancelled they kept bugging us about.nnThey also charged me above the HMO negotiated rates by at least $25 (possibly more). Also, their office is dated and some of their staff is rude.
