So impressed! Was fairly busy when I brought my daughter in, patients in the rooms, 2 ahead of us and 3 more came in. All with just one provider seeing everyone - Dr. Koch. Things moved pretty quickly in spite of this and she was so kind and gracious when she saw us, apologizing for the wait and thanking us for our patience. Iu2019m sure she was stressed and had more than her hands full yet she was thorough, professional, and gave a quick diagnosis and remedy.nA few days later I received a follow up call checking in on my daughter! We usually go to a different urgent care because it is closer and while no one was u201cmeanu201d, no one was particularly nice either. Iu2019d definitely recommend this practice for its five star u2b50ufe0f service!!

I'm very pleased with the service & care that I received from Durango urgent care. I went to several other doctors in the Farmington, NM area. And I wasn't seeing any kind of improvement, on my condition. But 2 days after my visit, I felt immediate improvement! The staff here was efficient & professional. Overall 5 star service!!

Other than the 1 hour wait the visit was excellent. The two PA's I saw were very thorough and to the point. They saw me and my grandson at the same time without any crossover or confusion. It was a pleasant experience even though we felt like hell.

Very professional, Very efficient, Very kind. I was heavy a great deal of difficulty breathing and they triaged me to the front of the line and got me back into a treatment room immediately. They gave me the medicine I needed within minutes and by later that day I was feeling very much better. Megan could see the distress I was in and got my treatment started immediately.

I came in on December 31st with concerns about the stomach flu that had lingering symptoms. I made an appointment online and while they were clearly very busy, I was called back to see the PA within a minute or two of my appointment time. I expressed my concerns about the lingering symptoms, particularly due to the fact that in a couple of days I had a 13 hour drive ahead of me. The PA (Amanda) explained what I generally already knew, which is that it is difficult to correctly diagnose the stomach flu without sending samples off to the lab and likely, in the time that it takes to get the results back, the symptoms would have subsided. She prescribed an antibiotic that could potentially help and anti-nausea. Amanda stated that the antibiotics had some not-so-desirable side effects so it was best to let the illness run its course. But if the symptoms still had not subsided within a day or two of my trip back to go ahead and take the antibiotics along with over-the-counter medications to combat the side effects. Needless to say the illness did subside and I did not need the antibiotics but truly appreciated the time Amanda took to fully understand my illness and the bit of a situation I was in and the very practical advice of what to do in the next few days. The appointment was not rushed and she even provided tips on what to do to make sure I don't spread this to my other family members. I left my appointment truly impressed with the care I received at Durango Urgent Care as well as the professionalism and caring advice provided by Amanda. This was hands down the best service I have ever received at an urgent care clinic and when you couple that with the fact that they were incredibly busy at the time of my appointment, it makes the service received even more impressive.
