Went in with severe headache. I couldn't stand noise, lights, or scents. The nurses were awesome, but Rita was terrible! She did no blood work or scans to find the source of my headache even after I told her of my medical history. She just gave me a pain shot that didn't work the first time, so she gave me another pain shot that just made me feel drunk but did nothing for the ppain.She prescribed me medicine that she knew I couldn't afford, It cost over $1,000. I'll definitely be going to Jackson in case of another emergency because Rita was absolutely unprofessional and did not care at all.

My brother slammed his finger in the car door splitting it open, hospital took us right in. I cannot say enough good about the sign in, Nurse Deb Jo and Doctor. Absolutely fantastic people. Thank you so much for helping my brother and all your kindness.nGod Bless

Emergency medical staff seems pretty good.nBilling SUXS...nFiled my insurance to CHAMPUS (Active Army), failed to file on Tri-care after given BOTH our Retired US Army ID cardnFirst bill was for almost $5000,. After agreeing to pay I was told it would be around $750. The next day I called to make the payment and was then told it would be $1900.nI had no choice but pay the bill.nSome months later I figured out that it had been improperly billed, got them to bill Tri-care correctly. Tri-care paid within 2 weeks.nI have been told I had a refund of $1800 pending.nBeen waiting over 2 months now for that refund.nThey always promise to check status of refund and call me back. NEVER RECEIVED a call back or refund!!! (6 calls)nThey are NOT MEMBERS of Better Business Bureau, so no overwatch.nMY SUGGESTION...nGO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Our registrar Crystal was amazing!! In fact everyone was amazing!! I didn't get a couple of names.. but I tell you it's been awhile since I felt welcome and my husband taken care of!! Highly recommend this center! I'm so thankful they are not part of the West Tennessee Health (disservice)!! Thank you all for your kindness and helpfulness!! We don't want to return due to being sick.. However, because of you all... This is where we will come to first!!

I when into this hospital with very little faith. But EVERYONE that was working on yhe night of September 23,2023 took very good care of me. I went in with trouble breathing and much pain in my left chest. They did all kinds of test and blood work. They did not just say what they thought it might be give me some meds and send me on my way. They made sure they knew what was wrong. Which was fluid around my left lung and heart area.
