The best experience Iu2019ve ever had at an urgent care facility. Everyone was so kind and helpful. On top of treating my immediate problem, Annalise took the time to actually listen, talk things through, and give me excellent follow up advice. I came to them in pain and left feeling hopeful u2013 they seem like they actually care, which is unfortunately a rare occurrence in my experience. I would highly recommend this location to everyone and will definitely be returning if I need anything in the future.

*Not Recommend* *Disrespectful Desk Clerk*nI'm having a hard time rating this location, the Dr's are good and that's definitely what matters most However I got in line at 11am 12/28/24 because I wanted to get an inhaler for bronchitis. At 11am I started out at #10 in line somewhere around 12pm I went down to #7 then a few minutes later I jumped back to #9!!! Then waited and somewhere around 12:40pm I was #4 and told to head to the clinic and I proceeded to go to the clinic I got there after driving 23mins and was #3 I tried calling and only got the voicemail, I waited and watched a few people leave then I was #2 I tried calling the clinic again same thing nobody answered and it went to voicemail, a little after 1pm came and I was #1 next so I went inside and they helped me check in on the little tablet and told me that I would be next after they check in a few other people and I could have a seat so I ask if I could wait in my car and if they could call or text me when I'm actually next and she told me she would, I sat my car and was still showing #1 next on my phone then magically I jumped to #5!!! I tried calling again no one answered! I went in and asked what the deal is and they told that I could call during the week and speak with the manager because walkins come before people who check in on the app! So I basically had to wait yet another houra!nMy question is why even bother having the option to check in online at all if you're going to be disrespectful and let people walking in just skipp over people who were already checked in several hours prior and already in line?

Everyone was very nice and polite! The staff at Shorewood took my late in the day walk in appointment with no complaints. They listened to me and were able to diagnose what I needed. Helped me to feel better in the end. I will go here again when needed.

With an appointment I still waited 1.5 hours. They will bring you back to a room take your vitals and leave you there to wait! After waiting approximately an hour and 15 minutes with no updates, I was about to walk out and leave when the provider came in. Never introduced herself and continued to talk like I was wasting her time. It seems like this location always has problems!

I had a Great Experience! The Lady at the front desk was Very Nice and Professional. The Doctor who had seen my Daughter (which was a female Doctor) she was Great! And Very Professional.
