Pulled up at 8pm on a Thursday, the door and online listing say they close at nine and yetu2026locked up lights off. Terrible considering people come here with urgent care needs, they should appropriately update their hours or voicemail if they have to close early

Ladies, my visit to the clinic was amazing, the doctor didnu2019t rush me, she was attentive and she listen to my concerns. The office was aesthetically pleasing the restrooms were clean and the receptionist was very friendly. The office hours are the best and so accommodating. I normally do not write any reviews except it's absolutely necessary. ***E-Z Urgent care clinic I must testify, is a great place to go for your urgent care needs** Dr. Ibi Ikegbu was exceptional with my care and also her receptionist was super friendly and involved in my overall well-being. I felt like they were family and it enabled me to open up easily to them and built rapport. While in the waiting room, the receptionist kept checking on me to ensure i was okay, offered me something to drink. Short wait times. The entrance door when opened, brings in a rush of fresh air. The clinic is airy and the consultation room and the waiting room both have a window and lots of sunlight pentrates which is beautiful. Dr. Ibi Ikegbu is both a primary care doctor and an urgent care doctor. She stayed with me on the phone till one of my medications which was not filled at the pharmacy was rectified and dispensed. How many doctors do that? I came in for a cough and yet she did a whole physical exam, checking my abdomen, feet, etc. She is a great doctor. Trust i will not be wasting my time with a review but she is good. I will be visiting again for my primary care needs. Check out this urgent care. You won't regret it.

So my daughter has been having GI issues since birth and this morning she woke up regurgitating and her pediatrician was closed today of course! I called him to see if after hours could provide medicine for now but her pediatrician doesnu2019t allow that when they havenu2019t seen her for two months even though she needed medicine ASAP like right then and there!! I googled the nearest urgent care near my address and this location popped up! I called to see if they allowed walk-ins and no answer but I ket driving. I immediately got a call back and was shocked because that has never happened and she addressed herself and let me know I could bring her in. Upon arriving my daughter started throwing up again and Nurse Ukegbu got us to a room immediately!! Most smooth, easiest experience Iu2019ve have had thus far and my daughter was feeling much better before we left. She was able to keep fluids down and she asked for her phone!! LOLs!!! For a mom who has been dealing with my daughteru2019s GI issues since birth this has put my mind at ease be she when she is regurgitating back to back and there is nothing to stop it it makes me feel hopeless!!!! Thank you so much Nurse Ukegbu!!!!!!
