Can hardly ever get to talk to anyone when I call about meds. Get texts saying med is due for refill and when request it, it doesn't get filled for days. Meds are always on back order because they don't ever have them. Doc calls in antibiotics and 2 or 3 days later it gets filled. Attitude from some employees is very rude when you question the status of the meds. Line inside is normally pretty quick but drive thru not so much. 20 minutes for 1 vehicle is too much time. Pharmacist are very nice and have always taken their time with me when I needed info about new meds. One is not so nice ever and Initials are jk. She never smiles, greets or says have a good day or thank you. Just says. Who's next and date of birth and name. This is Burton location

I like this pharmacy - and from the chronically I'll, that says alot!! I've been with this meijer pharmacy for a few years now, I thought I might find comparable service with the benefit of delivery elsewhere and found worse and even scary service elsewhere so I'm back meijer! They're a lil busier than normal due to the rite aids closing (I don't recommend going on a Friday!) but my scripts are correct (unlike at Flint Pharmacy), filled in a timely manner with reminders of refills and usually a polite, kind technician to take care of my transaction. Thank you meijer for making being sick a lil easier!

I wish I'd had a chance to read the reviews before I chose this pharmacy. I, too have experienced extremely long wait times in line, the drive thru and on the phone. I can't even get through to request that they send my prescription to a different pharmacy. Do I ever miss Rite Aid!

Pharm techs are nice but I had a question about a delayed prescription, the head pharmacist man told me u201cthats enough we have a line.u201d In the snarkiest voice.nMind you my whole transaction was under 4 minutes. Switching to any other Meijer due to the lack of professionalism shown by their pharmacist.nIt must be easy having no empathy for your patients. 0/10 will return if he leaves. Refused to give his name because u201che doesnu2019t want a bad reviewu201d welp here it is boss !

Use the drive thru pharmacy to pick up a prescription. I give the lady name and date of birth and she rudely snaps on me saying they have nothing in that name. So I ask her how long it might be before it's ready and she says if they happen to get it, it obviously isn't ready yet. Way to have compassion for people who already aren't feeling well, the whole reason we're coming here.nnUpdate 2 years later:nThey've only gotten even worse. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Call me 3 days in a row to pick up my prescription only to tell me that I can't pick it up without doctor approval. Number 1 the doctor sent it in. Number 2 it's only an antibiotic. I could understand if it were a refill on narcotics maybe, but an antibiotic that the doctor VERY CLEARLY already sent over or you wouldn't tell me it was ready for pick up.
