Im a Vet and woke up this morning with a sore throat and was able to book an appointment right away. All the staff was very caring and helpful. The nurses and the doctor made me feel comfortable and at ease through examination. I was confident in their diagnosis, and the medication was available at my local pharmacy immediately I will continue to use them in the future.

Polite staff but horrible waiting time...nTook my sons into East County Urgent Care for illness check ups at 3pm and didn't get out of there until 6:30pm meanwhile having 2 little kids coughing their butts off in the lobby. Absolutely ridiculous for a place that wasn't that busy at all! I mean we walked of the room we were sent to back to the lobby and sat there for another half hour just to get the paperwork..nI was then told their prescriptions would be sent to the pharmacy and would be ready within the hour. Drove to the pharmacy and waited about 45 minutes outside. Walked in and found out their prescription was literally just sent over and wouldn't be available for a while and the pharmacist suggested returning in the morning.nPeople work and can't just do that. So I can't even start them on the medication until the next evening. Unbelievable ud83eudd26u200du2642ufe0f

Fast service, the staff are very nice ud83eudd17nnSaw a lot of negative reviews so felt I should update, just took my daughter in for a simple sports physical, 50 dollars and we were out of the office with everything signed in about 30 minutes, I'm not entirely sure but this might be about one of the only urgent cares open on the weekends, especially in east county.nnI'm sure if you are sick the times will be a lot longer, to be fair all urgent cares have crazy long wait times...

Everything went good Dr. was very nice. I got in and told her my symptoms. She took care of it right away. Iu2019m impressed so this is where Iu2019ll be going from now on when I need urgent care and I recommend getting online and setting a time up to come in. Itu2019ll save your place in line. I did mine two days before and I got there at 10 ou2019clock. I went in by 10:30. Great job guys.
